PinSnap Pro subscriptions
PinSnap Pro is an optional digital subscription currently offered for $3 USD per month. Subscription charges are processed by the third-party payment provider identified at checkout. The checkout page displays the applicable price and billing terms before you complete a purchase.
Cancellation and renewals
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the account or subscription-management link provided by the payment provider. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Canceling does not automatically issue a refund for that billing period.
Refund requests
Because PinSnap Pro provides immediate access to a digital service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under local consumer-protection law.
If you were charged twice, were charged after a cancellation took effect, or could not access Pro because of a verified billing or activation problem that our support team could not resolve, contact us promptly so we can review the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider.
To request a review, email support@pinsnap.app or use our support page. Include the email used at checkout, the charge date and amount, and your membership or transaction reference if available. Do not send full payment-card numbers or security codes.
Free service
The PinSnap website downloader is free to use and does not require a paid subscription. No refund applies to use of the free service.
