If you are an iOS user, you know how frustrating it can be to save videos from the Pinterest app. Native downloading isn't supported, and most app-store downloaders slap a huge watermark over your saved video.

In this guide, we will show you how to download Pinterest videos without watermarks directly to your iPhone using Safari.

Why Do Apps Add Watermarks?

Many iOS app-based downloaders are free but aggressively monetize by watermarking your videos. This forces you to share their brand, or pay a premium subscription to remove it. Furthermore, downloading unknown apps can be a privacy risk.

The Web App Solution (PinSnap)

Web tools don't have these restrictions. PinSnap connects directly to Pinterest's Content Delivery Network (CDN) to fetch the raw, original MP4 file. Here is how to use it:

Step 1: Copy the Link

Open the Pinterest app on your iPhone.
Find the video you want to save.
Tap the Share icon (the arrow) usually found at the bottom right.
Tap "Copy Link".

Step 2: Use Safari

Open Safari (or Chrome) and navigate to PinSnap.app.
Tap inside the input box and select Paste to insert your Pinterest link.
Tap the Download button.

Step 3: Save to Camera Roll

PinSnap will process the video and provide a download link.
Tap the download link. Safari will ask if you want to download the file. Tap Download.
Tap the Downloads icon (downward arrow in a circle) in the Safari address bar.
Tap the video, then tap the share button, and select "Save Video".

That's it! The original quality video is now safely stored in your iPhone's camera roll, completely watermark-free.
